3 Days – Economic Cusco

Day 1: Cusco 

Reception at Cusco Velasco Astete airport and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the morning free to acclimatize to the height of 3,360 m.a.s.l. In the afternoon we recommend taking an optional excursion such as: City tours and surrounding ruins. Overnigth at the selected hotel.

Day 2: Cusco / Machu Picchu / Cusco

Breakfast. 

Transfer from your hotel to the train station where your trip to Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu) begins in service of the train of your choice *. The 112km railway route. away between Cusco and the ruins bridge station is parallel to the Urubamba riverbed, during your tour you will appreciate the beautiful vegetation characteristic of the high jungle and majestic snowfall, cross two tunnels and finally arrive at the Puente Ruinas station. Upon arrival, you will have a reception at the Aguas Calientes train station by our guide and we will make the transfer by bus to the Citadel of Machu Picchu, after 8 km of ascent, you will arrive at the architectural complex of Machu Picchu. Here begins the guided tour of a path that leads to the unique citadel where we find Squares, temples, reservoirs, stairways, water fountains, platforms, guard posts, cemeteries … as well as the temple of the sun, the Intiwatana (solar clock ) the temple of the three windows among other charms. After the tour, we will return by bus to Aguas Calientes where we will have free time for lunch or shopping. (Includes lunch). At the indicated time we board the train to Ollanta or Poroy. Upon arrival we will wait for you at the train station for your transfer back to Cusco.

Day 3: Cusco 

Breakfast. At the indicated time, transfer to the airport to board your national and international flight.
