5 Days – Lima & Economic Cusco

Day 1: Lima

Reception at Lima “Jorge Chavez” airport and transfer to the selected hotel.

Day 2: Lima: City Tour

Breakfast.

We will begin our tour through the modern residential districts of Miraflores and San isidro. We will visit the Financial Center, the Golf, the Olivar, The Huaca Pucllana, Pre Inca Ceremonial, temple in the form of a pyramid (panoramic view).

Continuing our tour we will go to the historic center of Lima, declared by UNESCO in 1991 Cultural Heritage of Humanity, where the center of the spanish colony.  You’ll get to know the main square (or Plaza Principal), the Cathedral of Lima, the Palace of Government, Municipalidad Palace, the Desamparados station, among others (panoramic view).

Finally you’ll get to know the main mall at Miraflores Larcomar where you’ll have the option to stay for shopping or  a meal, or return to your hotel.

Day 3: Lima / Cusco

Breakfast.

At the indicated time, transfer from the hotel to the Lima airport “Jorge Chavez” for your flight to the city of Cusco. Reception at the “Velasco Astete” airport and transfer to the chosen hotel. Afternoon free so you can acclimatize. Overnight at the selected hotel.

Day 4: Cusco / Aguas Calientes / Cusco

Breakfast. Transfer from your hotel to the train station where you start your trip to Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu) begins in service of the train of your choice. The 112km railway route away from Cusco and the ruins Bridge station is parallel to the river Urubamba, during his trip will appreciate the beautiful vegetation of the high jungle and majestic peaks, traverse two tunnels and finally arrive at the station of Puente Ruins, which will address tourist transport minibuses, after 8 km climb, reach the architectural complex of Machu Picchu. Here begins the tour on a path that leads to the unique citadel where Hall Plaza, temples, tanks, staircases, fountains, walkways, lookouts, cemeteries … and the temple of the sun, Intiwatana (sundial ) the temple of the three windows and other charms. After the tour, we will return by bus to Aguas Calientes, where we will have free time for lunch or shopping. At the indicated time we board the train to Ollanta or Poroy.  Transfer back to Cusco city and back to your hotel.

Day 5: Lima…/ 

Breakfast. 

At selected time transfer from the hotel to the airport for your international or domestic flight.
